ISO 9000 is a Quality Management System specification that is now the worldwide standard for doing business. In order to survive in any business it is essential that you have a good management system.

The elements of a good management system are known and practiced by successful companies all over the UK. Since the introduction of block exemption, many vehicle manufacturers have implemented mandatory quality management systems on their retailers.

We have recently been involved with a number of Citroen and VAG retailers, assisting them to meet manufacturers requirements e.g. ISO/HSO/VQM.

Typically, we have provided practical, hands on assistance to enable retailers to meet the rigorous quality assurance demands of the manufacturer. Simultaneously, we have developed a one day ‘Health and Safety in the Workplace’ training course to enable retailers to fulfil the health and safety training criteria for the audit.
